This man and his team are real estate geniuses! I had listed my property with another realtor and it sat on the market for 6 months, not an offer in sight. I switched to Christopher and 6 days after listing the property, I had multiple offers. I eventually sold for my full asking price, due to Christopher's negotiating skill. What made the difference? Superb understanding of the market led to spot on pricing; great photography by a professional made the house look gorgeous; a surprisingly exhaustive marketing plan.
